Última actualización / Last updated: 02/10/2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game Zombidoku (“the game”) for Android processes, why, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Gorber Games · Contact: gorbermedia@gmail.com

2. Data we do NOT collect

The game has no sign-up or accounts, and does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other data that directly identifies you.

3. Data stored only on your device

Your progress (completed levels, score, language and sound settings) is stored only on your device. We never receive it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC: a banner during gameplay and rewarded ads that are only shown if you choose to watch them (to request a hint or to continue after losing). To serve and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, technical device and app information, and your interactions with ads.

5. Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics, by Google, to understand how the game is played and to improve it: for example, which levels are started and completed or lost (level and board size), when a hint is used, whether the tutorial is completed or skipped, and aggregated data such as number of sessions or player retention. This uses an installation identifier, technical device data (model, OS version, language, game version), approximate country or region derived from the IP address, and the device's advertising ID when available. It does not include your name or contact details. More information: Privacy and Security in Firebase.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

7. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. It does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the game. Firebase statistics data is kept for the retention period configured in our project (at most 14 months) and then deleted automatically. Data processed by Google AdMob is kept according to Google's policies.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gorbermedia@gmail.com. Since we hold no data that directly identifies you, for requests about advertising or statistics we may need to refer you to Google. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the authority in your country.

If you live in a U.S. state with privacy laws (for example, California), you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of data for advertising by contacting us.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the game or on its Google Play page.
